📍 Day 1: Srinagar → Panikhar (Drive: 180 km, 6-7 hours)

• Drive from Srinagar to Suru Valley via Kargil.

📍 Day 2: Panikhar → Sumdo (Trek: 10 km, 5-6 hours)

📍 Day 3: Sumdo → Kalapari Base Camp (Trek: 12 km, 7-8 hours)
